We prioritize the reliability and trustworthiness of our landlords. All landlords undergo a thorough vetting process and possess the necessary certifications and licenses for their properties. We understand that finding a new home is a significant decision, so our team of experts works closely with both tenants and landlords to ensure the right match is made.
Our properties typically become available within a few weeks of listing, and the rental process is straightforward. Tenants are first registered to confirm eligibility, which requires a minimum income of 2.5 times the rent. Accompanied by our highly trained staff, tenants can schedule viewings and have their questions answered at any stage of the tenancy. If you rent a property under our full property management service, you will only need to contact us in case of any issues.
After viewing a property, a holding deposit of one week’s rent is paid, and referencing is conducted through HomeLet. Upon successful referencing, we request the remaining balance, consisting of one month’s rent and a five-week security deposit. Contracts are then signed by all parties to facilitate the move-in process.
Once tenants have moved in, rent payments are made either directly to the landlord for Let Only properties or to Oakslettings for all Managed properties. Our secure Payprop payment platform ensures smooth and reliable transactions.
